Badhon Manob Unnayan Sangstha(BMUS) is a Civil Society right based organization, as a catalyst of youth & Social inclusion and society transformation with its roots in the Bagerhat , Throughout our 21 years of history, Badhon(BMUS) has had remarkable experiences in working together with International and Nation Donors for community welfare and development. Our programs aim to established responsive public institutions that contribute to improving lives of people especially poor and marginalized from the remote grassroots throughEnhanced ability to Raising voice, Citizen monitoring by using social accountability tools, strengthening UP Governance & Capacity building, Advocacy and RTI Apply, and humanitarian aid, gender, and the rights of marginalized groups are cross cutting issues. We
collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including the community peoples, youths, Local government, government officials, NGO/CSO/Clubs, Journalist, knowledge institutes and community-based organizations. Through this approach we aim to bring lasting positive changes in the lives of the communities we work with.

Badhon(BMUS) also working with the network of campaigns for good governance, Democratic budget movement, Food security, Gender, and water alliance. currently, work increase youth leadership Action4Transformation: Youth for rights, resilience and redistribution in fragile context by the support of ActionAid Bangladesh and Promoting Accountability and Transparency in Public Institutions under South Asian Grant Program (SAGP) by The Asia Foundation
