Badhon Manob Unnayan Sangstha(BMUS) is a Civil Society right based organization, as a catalyst of youth & Social inclusion and society transformation with its roots in the Bagerhat , Throughout our 21 years of history, Badhon(BMUS) has had remarkable experiences in working together with International and Nation Donors for community welfare and development. Our programs aim to established responsive public institutions that contribute to improving lives of people especially poor and marginalized from the remote grassroots throughEnhanced ability to Raising voice, Citizen monitoring by using social accountability tools, strengthening UP Governance & Capacity building, Advocacy and RTI Apply, and humanitarian aid, gender, and the rights of marginalized groups are cross cutting issues. We
collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including the community peoples, youths, Local government, government officials, NGO/CSO/Clubs, Journalist, knowledge institutes and community-based organizations. Through this approach we aim to bring lasting positive changes in the lives of the communities we work with.
Badhon(BMUS) also working with the network of campaigns for good governance, Democratic budget movement, Food security, Gender, and water alliance. currently, work increase youth leadership Action4Transformation: Youth for rights, resilience and redistribution in fragile context by the support of ActionAid Bangladesh and Promoting Accountability and Transparency in Public Institutions under South Asian Grant Program (SAGP) by The Asia Foundation

Sexual & Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR)
A sharing meeting with journalists was organized to disseminate the key findings from the Public Hearing on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) issues. The entire process included focus group discussions, issue and area selection, orientation and training to prepare for data collection, key informant interviews, data consolidation, report preparation, and presentation of the findings.
Gender Responsive Public Service (GRPS)
The Public Hearing and Open Budget Session at the Union Parishad (UP) level was conducted with the participation of the local administration, local government officials, Department of Youth Development (DYD), local elected bodies, journalists, and other key stakeholders. The session focused on sharing key findings from the field related to Gender-Responsive Public Services (GRPS) issues.
Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET)
The project organized a range of youth-led capacity-building and advocacy activities to strengthen public services and social accountability at the local level. A job fair on public services and technical education was organized to enhance youth employment opportunities. Youths received training on Gender-Responsive Public Services (GRPS),
Soft Skill Training
These trainings were conducted as day-long sessions with youth volunteers, delivered both offline and online depending on the prevailing situation and accessibility. Each training session was attended by 25 participants, and from each session, five youth volunteers were capacitated to act as core
